It is our aim to make your stay with us a relaxing and enjoyable experience - we value your custom and the trust placed in us. We are on hand to answer any questions and resolve any problems which may arise.
We remain at a discreet distance, although it is important to note that we clean/maintain the swimming pool on a daily basis in season, although we try to do this with as little disturbance to our guests as possible.

Book a 7 night trip for a stay in May 2026 at the special rate of €60 per night.
To take advantage of these offers, bookings must be made by 28th February 2026 and the whole of your stay must be taken in May 2026
(Please note that the swimming pool is not open in May)

October - February €70 per night. Please note heating charges may apply in winter months.
March - May €80 per night.

Single travellers are offered a discounted rate, please ask.

Local tourist taxes apply which are set by the local tourist boards, please ask prior to booking for current rates

​Booking Deposit and Cancellation​​
For bookings made in advance of 60 days prior to arrival a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% to be paid 30 days in advance of arrival at the latest.
For bookings made less than 60 days in advance of arrival, payment in full is required.

Cancellations
In the event of you cancelling your booking up to 31 days prior to your planned arrival we will refund in full any monies paid.
In the event of you cancelling your booking 30 days or less prior to your planned arrival we will refund 50% monies paid.

Damage Deposit
€300 damage deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, for which a receipt is given.
This is fully refundable at the end of your stay, unless deductions for damage are required.
In fairness to our guests we provide a date/time stamped photographic inventory at the time of arrival.

Check In and Check Out
Check in on the day of arrival is from 15.00*
Check out on the day of departure is by 10.00

*We may be able to accommodate earlier check in by prior arrangement only.

Parking​
Our premises are gated and there is limited parking on site.
We recommend driving cars such as Fiat 500XL or smaller, as you will find it easier to navigate local roads.​

Parties/Events not permitted
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed outside only and we ask guests to use the ashtrays provided.
Use of the swimming pool is for resident guests only
A contract including disclaimer for the use of the swimming pool will be sent to you on booking.​
​To comply with local laws all guests must provide photographic ID on arrival - this will usually be a current and valid passport.
